Ann Marie Sullivan was born and raised in Seneca, South Carolina. Her roots in this community are on her mother’s side of the family. Her grandfather grew up on a farm that is now a part of Lake Keowee and had a very successful, respected career in real estate. Her mother was a treasured elementary school teacher at Northside Elementary, and her father continues a wonderful, semi-retired career in real estate.
After completing Seneca High School, she attended Clemson University. While at Clemson, she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team. She completed law school in 2009 as a charter member of Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina.
After graduating, she moved home to practice real estate law. She was fortunate to work for two local, established, real estate attorneys and learn how to practice real estate law efficiently and responsibly while remaining accessible to clients.
She enjoys every aspect of the closing process from the review of title work to the gathering of everyone around the closing table. In 2014, she opened her own solo practice and recently merged with McLaurin Law, LLC in 2019. It is her honor and privilege to serve this community that will always be her family’s home.
When not working with her all-star coworkers, she enjoys time with her nephews and niece (Dex, Cade, and Charlie), her two rescue dogs (Bentley and Barney), her family and friends, golf, and anything on the lake. And one more thing, Go Tigers!
